cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours' notice if you must cancel your appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

payment details
We gladly accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to process gratuities on credit/debit cards or checks.

exchange policy
Unused AVEDA products may be returned for exchange or store credit with a valid OGGI Salon receipt.
